#TBT some good ole fashioned #trauma case. patient unable to walk due to the contracture of the foot and ankle in varus. #ilizarov method and teamwork with #orthopedics to remove their rod in the leg with specific timing allowed for healing of a nonunion of the tibia as well as deformity correction. a 90 degrees foot to the ankle is a dream to achieve in these corrections. @footlegcenter
