The North Naples office is located on Tamiami Trail across from Lely Resort. For residents of Marco Island, our East Naples office is a short 20-minute ride up Collier Blvd. This office is home to Medical Director Dr. Drew Chapman and Dr. Karan Malani.
Dr. Drew Chapman is a highly skilled foot and ankle surgeon specializing in trauma and reconstructive surgery. He completed his extensive surgical training at Grant Medical Center in Ohio under the mentorship of Dr. Christopher Hyer before returning home to Florida.
Since then, Dr. Chapman has established himself as a leading surgeon in Naples and Marco Island. His expertise is backed by advanced certifications in life support and a strong research background, including presentations at the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons (ACFAS) and Ohio Health Research Symposium. Dr. Chapman is dedicated to providing exceptional care for a wide range of foot and ankle conditions.
Dr. Karan Malani, DPM, AACFAS, is a highly skilled podiatric surgeon dedicated to providing comprehensive foot and ankle care at Family Foot & Leg Center in East Naples. He earned his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine from Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine before completing his rigorous residency training at the Harvard Cambridge Health Alliance, where he also served as Chief Resident.
Board-certified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery, Dr. Malani specializes in advanced surgical and non-surgical treatments for a wide range of conditions, including sports injuries, diabetic foot care, and complex reconstructive surgery. His approach focuses on personalized patient education and evidence-based medicine to restore mobility and improve quality of life.
